2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
This website uses a custom-developed security system to protect intellectual property and analyze the effectiveness of my application.
- Transparency: Personal data (such as your IP address) is processed exclusively in volatile memory to determine location and ensure session security.
- Data Minimization: Immediately after the end of your session, the IP address is automatically deleted. Only anonymized statistical counters remain, which do not allow any identification of your person or device.
- Forensic Logging: For the protected prototype area, your access, including the full IP address, is logged based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR to provide court-admissible evidence in case of data misuse.
3. Retention Period
Logs regarding access to copyright-protected data are stored for 3 years in accordance with statutory limitation periods (§ 195 BGB) to enforce potential claims from copyright infringements. All other usage data is deleted or fully anonymized immediately upon leaving the website.
